Sunway Velocity Mall
Client’s Requirement
To design, supply, and install a state-of-the-art digital radio communication system for the security and operational needs of the shopping mall and its surrounding vicinity.
The Solution
ASALCOM delivered a multi-channel digital conventional radio communication system with in-building enhancements to ensure full signal coverage across the shopping mall, including multi-level basement car parks.
Digital portable radios were supplied together with end-user training to support proper system usage.
Mid Valley Megamall
Client’s Requirement
To design, supply, and install a Motorola digital radio communication system for the security and operational needs of the shopping mall and its surrounding vicinity.
The Solution
ASALCOM implemented a Motorola dual-site IP-linked digital radio communication system that enables users to automatically roam between sites.
A voice dispatcher and voice recording solution were deployed to support secure emergency operations.
The system delivers full signal coverage throughout the shopping mall, including multi-level basement car parks.
Digital portable radios were supplied together with end-user training and five years of preventive maintenance support.

Client’s Requirement
To design, supply, and install enhancements to the MOTOTRBO digital radio communication system for shopping mall operations in PJ.
The Solution
ASALCOM delivered enhancement systems for the existing multi-channel digital trunk radio communication system to extend and strengthen signal coverage across the perimeter and expanded areas of the shopping centre.
